Vintage in the City
Johannesburg city is just one of those cities that you either love or hate. Being a city girl all my life I have all the love in the world for this place.
The city offers endless opportunity, adventure and pure concrete beauty. The location of this post is tucked away just on the outskirts of the city. Like many of the new real estate efforts in the city, 44 on Stanley is a true South African inspired vintage spot, oozing with good food and amazing antiques.
I loved shooting here and we loved that 44 on Stanley is home to Vovo Telo bakery, seeing that we coudlnt help but stop for a quick cup a coffee and a bite to eat.
Moving on to my look , I kept with the vintage theme of our location. This lace top was the perfect compliment to this dusty pink paneled maxi skirt. Lace is one of the biggest trends at the moment, it can be femininely edgy but still gorgeous and flirty at the same time. I made use off a staple piece in my wardrobe by adding my trusty military boots. Not only did they add some personalty to my outfit but they were super comfy to.
Remember our wardrobe staples, they could be making all the difference to your look. If you guys would like a post on what I think are the best staples to own, just leave a comment below.
